Internship Program
The New Hampshire Bulletin, an affiliate of States Newsroom, is a statewide, independent, nonprofit news organization covering state government, politics, and the most important issues facing the Granite State.
We are accepting applications for our internship program.
Interns will have the opportunity to report and write stories alongside three veteran reporters at our fast-paced daily newsroom in downtown Concord, near the State House. You will learn how to find stories, identify and interview the best sources, and write daily and longer-form stories. Our editor-in-chief, who has worked with young journalists in New Hampshire for more than two decades, will work closely with you throughout the planning and editing process.
This is an in-person position and pays $15 per hour.
If you have a strong desire to learn on the job from some of the most respected reporters working in New Hampshire, and cover one of the most interesting State Houses in the country, please send a cover letter, resume, references, and three reporting samples to Editor-in-Chief Dana Wormald at [email protected].
In addition, visit our website, www.newhampshirebulletin.com, and briefly tell us about three stories that stand out and why.
